I’m a proud mama of three amazing kiddos and have been married to my best friend since 2012. Our life is a beautiful, sometimes chaotic, but always love-filled adventure.
For as long as I can remember, cooking has been my happy place. There’s just something magical about creating meals that bring comfort and joy to the people I love.
After the birth of my youngest, I was diagnosed with postpartum depression and that spark I once had for cooking seemed to disappear overnight. Suddenly, the kitchen felt overwhelming, and takeout became our go-to.
It didn’t take long to realize that all the fast food was making things worse... mentally, emotionally, and physically. So little by little, I made my way back to the kitchen. I started creating simple, nourishing, and delicious meals that didn’t just feed my family, but helped me feel like me again.
